Basic Policy on Information Security

ENJIN, LTD (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") recognizes that ensuring information security is an important management issue for a business that provides a full range of marketing promotion services including exhibitions, seminars, conferences, and advertisements. The Company believes that it is essential to protect information assets by implementing appropriate security measures for customer information collected through its operations and information assets handled by the Company.
Through the establishment and operation of an information security management system, the Company aims to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the various information assets handled in the course of doing business and prevent security incidents such as information leaks and tampering from occuring.
For this purpose, the following action guidelines for information security have been established.
Action guidelines
- In order to build and continuously improve its information security management system, the Company shall use established procedures to identify information asset risks and implement appropriate risk response measures.
- The Company shall clearly define its roles and responsibilities in relation to information security and properly manage its information assets.
- In order to make its management, employees, and all related parties aware of their responsibility to maintain information security, the Company shall conduct education and awareness activities.
- The Company shall monitor and keep records related to the implementation of its information security management system, set information security objectives and work to achieve the same, and ensure the system’s operation and continuous improvement through regular internal audits and management reviews.
- In the unlikely event that an information security problem arises, the Company shall endeavor to immediately investigate the cause, minimize the damage, and work to ensure business continuity.
- The Company shall comply with laws, regulations, social norms, and contracts with customers regarding information assets and handling thereof.
