As a business that provides a full range of services related to events such as exhibitions, seminars, and conferences, ENJIN, LTD has established a business philosophy to become a company that can provide even greater customer satisfaction by offering swift, high-quality services. In order to become such an organization, we are fully aware of our social responsibility to protect the personal information we handle, protect the rights and interests of individuals, and comply with laws and regulations regarding personal information.

In addition, we have established a personal information protection management system to realize the following policy, and hereby declare that we will make company-wide efforts for its continuous improvement, always considering the latest developments in IT, trends in logistics risks, changes in societal demands, and business climate fluctuations.

  • When receiving personal information, the Company shall make clear the purpose of its acquisition, shall appropriately acquire, use, and provide such personal information, and shall not the handle personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use (use for purposes other than the intended purpose). Appropriate measures shall be taken to achieve the same.
  • The Company shall comply with laws, regulations, national guidelines, and other norms regarding the handling of personal information.
  • The Company shall take reasonable security measures against risks such as unauthorized access to personal information, leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, etc., and continuously improve the security system for personal information by injecting management resources that match the actual conditions of our business. In addition, the Company shall take corrective action for any unsuitable/inappropriate matters. Furthermore, the Company shall revise its internal regulations, etc. and protect personal information to the best of its ability.
  • The Company shall establish internal rules for handling complaints and consultations regarding the handling of personal information and shall respond to complaints and consultations promptly and in good faith.
  • The Company shall review its personal information protection management system in a timely and appropriate manner in light of changes in the environment in which the Company operates, and shall continue to promote its improvement.

 

This Policy shall be distributed to all directors, officers, and employees to ensure that they are fully aware of it, and shall also be made available on the Company’s website so that it can be accessed by anyone at any time.
